Safe Arena Policy
At this time, there are no COVID-19 protocols in place for any upcoming event at Chaifetz Arena. Attendees do not need to provide proof of vaccination, a negative test result, nor obligated to wear a mask in the venue.
Please note, some concerts or events may still be subject to individual vaccination, negative test, or mask mandate if requested by the performing artist or event promoter.
We will continue to closely follow guidance from Saint Louis University, CDC, and the City of St. Louis and make any updates as needed.

Clear Bag Policy
To ensure guest safety and a quicker entry into the venue, Chaifetz Arena has implemented a clear bag policy limiting the size and type of bag allowed into the venue. Guests are encouraged to not bring bags. If guests wish to bring a bag, please view more information about permissible bags.
Cashless Venue
Chaifetz Arena concession stands and vendor carts will only be accepting major credit or debit cards. A cash-to-card conversion machine is available near Gate B.
